One click websites that help those in need

Hello!

We have had a suggestion to put all of the links of interest involving a "one click" to help with specific charity items, ie: food for the hungry, food for animals, free mammograms etc. These websites are for organizations that work with various business who donate toward the "cause" based on the number of clicks their website receives. Please feel free to add any additional links that provide a similar philosophy.

These links are posted as a service to our members and should not be considered an endorsement by the moderators or administrators of the message board, or the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids (OBOD).

Please take the appropriate precautions as with any link to ensure that your computers are protected from pop-ups, spyware or viruses.

The Cancer Society has arranged with corporate sponsors/advertisers to have them donate free mammograms to those that need them. However, this means that they have a daily quota of people needed to visit their website and click on the donation portion.

care2.com has a set of 'click to donate' buttons that include a wide number of causes. I also spend a lot of time looking through the healthy and green living section.
