Free Online Welsh at Lampeter?

Has anyone tried the free courses from Lampeter Uni?

They sound a bit too good to be true but, as ever, I am willing to be surprised.

I decided to investigate a bit and got a reply back with the following information

At the moment, we are offering 40 Level 1 credits free of charge on our online courses (if you reside in the UK or EU). You will need to go to our website (http://www.e-addysg.com), print and complete the Registration Form and send by post.

If you go to our website, you will find language, history and literature modules, at Level 1 to choose from (http://www.e-addysg.com). We do have Level 2 and 3 language courses and these are £120 for a 20 credit module.

The beginners Welsh language modules are Multimedia Welsh A (1EAC4520W) and Multimedia Welsh B (1EAC4620W). You do need to commence with A before moving on to B. These modules amount to a total of 40 credits.

Looks good doesn't it. I have a few things to sort out but I'm hoping to give it a go after my OU exams in September, if I can get a mobile broadband signal that is!

They do a module on the Druids as well, so many courses, so little time, even less working IT...
