In Memorium to my Father and Son

Postby Rhiannon56 » 07 Feb 2010, 05:19

14 years ago on April 12th my father died and is buried in Centralia
9 years ago come May 18th my daughter's twin brother died.

Now with the State of Pennsylvania wanting to finally step up and finish forcing the residents of Centralia out vis a vie eminent domain I wonder what will become of the cemeteries. I feel the state should let them be and let the dead rest in peace.

But I feel they won't and I may be faced with the decision to relocate my child's grave. I don't want to and as as someone who feels that cemeteries are holy ground think the three cemeteries in Centralia, PA should be left alone.

So this is for my Father Jim Anoia and my son Craig Garasich, may they rest in peace in the ground they were buried and not be forced from their final resting spots by beaurocrats. Of course, this is all speculation. For some reason the fire has not touched the resting spots of the cemeteries. :-|

Thank you. The years go by faster than you think--one of my blessings is my son had a twin sister who drives me nuts  , but she is so very smart. :)
