Commercial Whaling Back On The Cards

I'm subscribed to Greenpeace's newsletter and this was one of the articles brought up in it .

Do read the the Proposal pdf, there are some valid points in it but i don't think reinstating commercial whaling is going to be that effective even if IWC does put catch limits in place, how are they going to enforce them???

I also saw this - as I get the UK Greenpeace info'.

The failure to get a ban on Bluefin Tuna fishing is also a worry :boggle:

I saw this too and similar articles about dolphins and bluefish tuna. What is needed is a Captain Nemo and his Nautilus to take care of the ships and personnel permanently.
