Stoney Wood

Postby Greenwood » 22 Mar 2011, 21:31

Flame rise and sparks fly, ember messages to the sky,
Gathered 'round the full moon fire, drums louder, voices higher,
Celebrate new growth and life, under the moon and starlit sky,
Friends meet to share their dreams, with ancestors and those nearby,
Ancient stones stand witness here, as flames rise and sparks fly.

Greenwood. March 2011.

Hi Greenwood,

As someone who was there, you captured the evening perfectly with your poem.

Well done and all the best with your Bardic studies!

Brightest Blessings,
Tylluan

It's really evocative, I can almost hear the crackle of the fire!
Which was first, is it darkness, is it light?
