Invisible

This is a song. I haven't been able to navigate very well through the forum. Is there a place for writing things other than poems?

Like the faeries I dance among you
Like your shadow I fall behind
I am a faceless apparition
slipping out the corner of your eye

I am a child of nature
the mountains are my home
the animals are my family
and I am not alone

This place I have accepted
I listen when the silence speaks
Passionately I am moved
when the deep calls the deep

Ears that can hear
Like attracts it's like
In harmony I desire to live
In shadow and in light

Souls are invited here
In my circle they may be
Enter now in love and trust
and dance with your bare feet

Sing the song of ancients
Feel the moon beam down
Dream the dreams of other worlds
where truth is often found
The trees reach out as silent witnesses always willing to listen to your troubled heart. Nature offers her ears to anyone who speaks into the omnipotant silence. There are places that wait for you. You are loved....you are wanted....you are cared for. You are not alone.....you are not alone.....you have never been alone.

Very nice Naleena :D I look forward to hearing the music that goes with these lyrics.

To answer your question, there is a Music sub-forum in this section. :) If you go back to the main menu, you will see the Forum entitled "A Path Through the Forest", Squint (as there are many sub forums :-) ) and you will see Music Forum. If you still can't find it just give a shout.

Bright Blessings - Mike :shake:

I do not sing, Greenwood. I bellow. :-) My bellowing is reserved for the shower and times that no one is around....lol

I like this one a lot. It is similar to some of my writings, but you have much more rhythm and life within your words than I can achieve with mine.

I especially love the last verse. It speaks out of my soul.
