Carn Ingli

Postby Heddwen » 01 May 2011, 18:21

At Carn Ingli Rhiannon reclines in bliss
a sensual sillhouette along its peak.
Joans wort and fresh mint surround her crown
holding the wild within her eyes.

Swallows swoop through Her windswept hair
above heather beds where
soporific lovers softly sigh
between Her glistening bluestone thighs.

Immersed
they celebrate Her essence
suspended in time, between the worlds.
Through glowing hearts they glimpse Awenydd
raptured by the sacred.

With fiery wand She smites the Land
sparking spirit paths alight
through Her laughter orbs arise
Her gift of Blessed Love for all.
Rhiannon sings the Land alive.

That was beautiful, Heddwen :) Very vivid.

This was my most favorite part. Very soulful. Loved it!
The trees reach out as silent witnesses always willing to listen to your troubled heart. Nature offers her ears to anyone who speaks into the omnipotant silence. There are places that wait for you. You are loved....you are wanted....you are cared for. You are not alone.....you are not alone.....you have never been alone.

I love that, Heddwen!!! Thank you!
The sounds of the winds in the elms
like the strings of a harp being played,
the note of the blackbird that claps
with the wings of delight in the glade.

Love it, especially the last line: Rhiannon sings the land alive.
