Proposed Badger Cull

Postby Ade Sundog » 27 Oct 2010, 19:48

Here is the link to the Governments Consultation Document on the proposed Badger Cull.

Replying to it takes abit of time , and it is not obvious how to reply.

Please pm me if you would like advice on how to do so.

Replying to this document is the most important way you can help

IME it's more effective to become involved with a recognised organisation to combat ill-advised gov't policy. In this respect I would encourage membership of your local wildlife trust for a political solution...

what's the current situation with this at the moment? I heard the cull has been given the go ahead in England. If this is the case it will be everywhere soon.

You may find this site (The Badger Trust) of interest, loads of information and there is also a petition to sign against the proposed trial cull:

Darc - i think that this ( the campaign to reply to DEFRA) was organised by the Wildlife Trust, or the Badger Trust.
