I am the biggest failure at getting back to this thread and answering questions that you all may have for me. I do apologize for the late response!
The paper is evolving tremendously as I learn more from the questions that I received from you all that left them in my inbox but I will try my best to explain it. The course I am taking is about conflict and reconciliation (my professor is a PhD candidate and is doing his dissertation on conflict and reconciliation so he modeled the course work around his own studies as well) and my paper originally started out as a study on how far Druidry has come from the ancient ways. Now, it is not so much about how far it has strayed (that seems to have more of a negative connotation which I really dont want in my paper anymore) but more how Druidry has evolved over time and how, as one of our boardies so beautifully said in her interview, modern Druidry is a river off of the vast sea that was once the ancient ways. It is not the same thing nor pretends to be the same thing. It is simply inspired by the ancient path. That statement pretty much entirely changed my thesis and now my paper is about how tradition changes of time and why.
