What are we Thankful for today? :thinking:

I’ll start -

I’m Thankful for the Deer in my fields, the fish in my ponds and the joy my daughter brings no matter where she goes….er…to mention a few.

I am grateful for how hard L.A. is trying to put on cold weather for the holidays. :grin:

Makes us feel like we're actually participating in winter with the rest of the world, even though it's only about 48 degrees fahrenheit.

Howdy all. Newcomer from Louisiana here.

I'm thankful for:

...pain and heartache, for the spiritual growth it can bring.
...saying good-bye to 2011, a hard year for me and many others I know.
...new beginnings and second chances... and third, and fourth...
...friends -- those who are long-term and the ones who aren't,
one with whom I recently parted ways,
and new ones to accompany me on the next leg of my journey.
...light in my darkness, and peace in spite of chaos.
...hope instead of despair, and faith instead of fear.

And most important of all...

...the God of my understanding Who makes all of this possible.
