Do you get the feeling that many on facebook are "pushing Christianity"?
The daily bible psalm, the confirmations that come from every possible facet of life?

I do see once and a while a "Blessing of an equinox" and such. I sense the political correctness...

It's nice in a poetic sort of way, I can agree with the sentiments, if not the "facts".

Everyday the sun rises in the east I do feel inspired, perhaps even "god-inspired". But I swing towards poetic license, not confirmation bias, here. :wink:

I keep my FB fairly limited, and I don't have many "hard cores" in my friend's list....I have a handful of cousins who seem sort of religious...one posted a really dorky "Why I Hate Religion but Love Jesus" video (which I was almost tempted to reply with a "Why I hate Fast Food but love Big Macs" video, but restrained myself to prevent a family feud.) I have a dearly beloved old friend from Uni who was, back in the day, a spiky-haired punk rocker..we lost touch for many years after he descended into a cocaine worm hole, and when he resurfaced on FB, he was freshly scrubbed and posting Christian music videos...I am glad he found a slightly safer drug. ...but I don't know....confirmation bias works both ways....I have chosen my side in the Culture War, and every picture of a kitten with "I can haz furgivness?" written on it might seem like a broadside...I tend to keep it light on FB...not too much personal information or religion and politics...sort of like conversation around the Christmas dinner table.

The sunrise is my only real religion, so I get it....just thought the comment about the "out of focus camera" was funny (you have to scroll down a bit to see the punchline)
