Prior to administering anything, homeopathic or conventional to anyone's diet, pets especially, we feel that personal health history must be considered, and a medical professional should be consulted. There are many instances where even the most "harmless" additive has had contraindications and caused more harm than good. We believe everyone here is responsible and understands that, but it is important to re-state. This is a public forum, viewable by guests as well as members, and is cataloged by most search engines.

Hello everyone,
Many thanks to all who replied and gave such warm and insightful advice. I am trying hard to be kinder to myself and have been to see a herbalist friend who has mixed me a wonderful potion! Finally talking about it has also helped and I am feeling much better about things. Once again thank you for taking time to write.
Peace and light, Rhiannon.

Hi Owl Woman,
it's the time of recall - as the say goes -:
There had been many a suggestion, and have you been able to try one successfully? Any improvement?

now half a year later I am feeling much better. My dear friend who is a herbalist and psycologist, worked with me also I found much help and comfort from walks in the woods and connecting with a group of trees there. I am now eating a clean organic diet, drinking 2 litres of water daily, walking and meditating. Feel better about myself and physically also. To all who replied and offered words of wisdom and kindness, and for taking the time to write thank you,
Peace and Light to all.

One other thought: do you drink a lot of coffee? Especially in the morning? It is a great appetite suppressant: so if you do, maybe try and reduce it - or change your eating times. I have no appetite for breakfast until I've been up for a couple of hours - so I eat then. Listening to your natural rhythms works well. But I'm sure I don't need to tell anyone on this Board that!!
