What are we Thankful for today?

I am thankful for the kind commuters who let me sit as my foot is in a cast.

I'm Thankful for my family, for my shelter and transportation, For Bookstores that are still in buisness( used and new), for the mystery of cultural diversity and finding similarities, for the love and service of strangers, for the sense of justice pervading the current conciousness, for the mysteries of nature,for beauty in the ordinary, for my druidic studies and OBOD, for meeting new friends, for great music- known and unknown, for great verse, for good food, for all of my freinds who accept me as I am, for my daily process of learning, for experiences good and bad that have shaped my understanding, for so many other things, including all of you who read this, my list of that for which I am grateful. Greetings,

I am thankful for having more time to spend with my darling wife, who is recovering slowly but steadily from colon cancer and a very traumatic surgery (including three months' hospitalization). I am thankful for all the energy and good thoughts sent her way during the original crisis, only the intervention of deep green magic could have pulled her through.

I am thankful for my honey bees, and that I caught my first swarm this spring. My gardens, my land, and the Cousins who help me maintain it, for my dogs, my birds, and all the plants, trees and animals that deign share their lives with us.

And this may seem....well I am most thankful for the sense of family that the Order gives me, the stability and centredness of belonging to this wonderful group of individuals. You are my true kin.

Thank you my gods and goddesses!
