Question: Posting Pictures

Hiya,

I've been trying to include pictures in a couple of my posts but I always get a repeat message saying
"It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image." I have tried using Photobucket.com, Flickr.com, and Postimage.org and I continue to get this same error message. I have tried to put pictures in using HTML code, BBCode, and have linked directly to the location starting with http:// and ending in .jpg/
Does anyone know why it's doing this and/or is there a place on here where I'm supposed to upload them first or something? Not to mention, I don't entirely understand what it means in saying it can't determine the dimensions because the above sites I mentioned allow you to choose the dimensions you want your image to show up in. I haven't had this problem with any other forums. Any help, advice, solutions, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I'm aware I can just post the link directly to the image but I'd like to know how other people have been able to embed there's using the feature...

Hi. I presume you're clicking on the upload attachment tag then browse then add the file.

When you say

are the images saved to your own computer?

Aha!

I was trying to link the pictures in through BB Coding. I hadn't noticed the the tab bar below.

I see the tag now for uploading pictures... Here comes a test picture.

Testing. Test. Test. Testing...
