Heart Chakra Cleansing

Hello All

I try and do chakra cleansing as often as possible as I find it beneficial.

Things haven't been going well lately. On Tues when I did a chakra cleansing I found the red and blue chakras very weak and for the first time a totally blocked heart chakra. I occasionally find a weak chakra, but Tues was not good I have never experienced a totally blocked chakra before.

On Wed I tried another chakra cleansing; the red and blue chakras are a little stronger. By the end of the meditation the heart chakra was giving a small, very faint pale green glow.

The question is: beside daily meditation what else can I do to strengthen the heart chakra?

I'm no expert on Chakras but, allegedly, the Yogic Fish Pose is supposed to help strengthen the heart chakra.

Heart Chakra now clear again and becoming stronger daily. I think it shut down because I was getting angry with myself for being sick again (not been healthy this year). I now understand I need to love myself and accept when I get sick. This week I have found that if I accept being sick and look for things I can do (as opposed to things I think I need to do) I can enjoy myself. As a result I've managed time for the quieter creative activities.
