There are two possibilities.

One is that it is a gamer term from a game where magic users are Druids.

The other is that it relates to clashes between the Welsh and the Saxons. The Saxons used a white dragon as their symbol, while the Welsh used the red dragon. A white dragon druid may have been a term for the Saxon shaman.

It's hard to say, based on that one post you cite and the lack of definitive information on the web. But if it is racist gobbledegoop, it has nothing to do with Druidry as practiced by OBOD or the majority of posters on this board. I'll refer you to the Eleventh Mount Haemus Lecture*, "Druidry & Transpersonal History," by Dr Thomas Clough Daffern, where he says:
Were the Druids themselves “racists” ? Are some modern day Druids ? Like all religious and tribal traditions known to mankind, they certainly practised a form of ancestor worship, hence the elaborate funeral rites and tombs they constructed. But the Druids were precisely the most cosmopolitan members of their tribes and had an ecumenical outlook, which led them to be active as peacemakers and practitioners of non-violence. There is a difference between a “benign racism” based on love and non-violence, and a “virulent racism” which is based on hatred and violence.

That's not an answer, in an of itself, but if you examine the OBOD website I think you'll see that our organization is pretty much the antithesis of the virulent form of racism, having members on all continents and encompassing many different ethnicities. This is not to say you won't find individual members with ideas at different places on the ideological spectrum, but most people here are anything but racist in the usual sense of the word.

*The Mount Haemus Award is a scholarship granted each year by the Order for original research in Druidism and related subjects. Each scholarship recipient presents a lecture with his/her findings.
