Laughter

Something in the air
Something intangible
But something there
A vibration
A resonance
Propagates
Toward me
On a wave of sound
I hear it
And the vibration
Shudders through me
As laughter
Relieving all my tensions
I am happy now
For the world
Is once again
Balanced.

This poem is about laughter in general but was inspired because Robb (Hawky) changed his name to HawkyDarn in the chat when he was having problems logging in. I laughed at HawkyDarn and then got an attack of awen to write this poem.

It felt like laughter writing it actually. It all burst forth from me. I swear it took less than a minute to write. I love awen and I am really glad Robb made his HawkyDarn joke because without it this poem would not have been and I would not have had that burst of awen that felt like laughter. Being a bard is getting interesting.
