Songs and Chants for Druid Rituals

Songs and Chants for Druid Rituals
Rasullah Clarke

CELTIC BLESSING
James, Nickomo & Rasullah
CD £10 Book £8
This is a CD of chants and short songs related to pagan ritual, including a chant for each of the eight festivals by James (Nasrudin) Burgess, and songs by Nickomo using texts from the Carmina Gadelica. The CD can be listened to for pleasure, or as a guide to singing the songs yourselves in your own rituals. These chants were created in the nineties within the context of the Dances of Universal Peace in order to bring Pagan material into the Dances, so they also have simple dance movements with them, which can be found in the book, along with music, guitar chords and background information.

SONG OF THE LAND
Nickomo & Rasullah
CD £10 Book £8
Following on from ‘Celtic Blessing’ this is our own collection of ritual chants for the eight festivals emerging from several years of celebrating the festivals with music and dance. The CD is richly textured with instrumentation and harmonies, but the basic chants are easy to sing. Music, guitar chords, dance movements and background info included in the book.

GIFT OF THE AWEN
Nickomo & Rasullah
CD £10 Book £8
This is the most recent collection of our chants for ritual, more specifically Druid than the others. There are more songs for the festivals plus more general ones such as a setting of the Call of Peace and the Druid Vow, Gaelic texts from the Céile Dé and more extracts from the Carmina Gadelica.  As usual all of the music, dance moves, and ritual applications are contained in the book.

All are available from our website (under ‘Celtic Blessings’)
