We support the campaign to eradicate ecocide, and have posted a powerful and inspiring video about this on the Ecological Campaign page of our site.
In March 2010 international barrister and award winning author Polly Higgins proposed to the United Nations that Ecocide be the 5th Crime Against Peace.
I find it perpetually fascinating how letting things go brings things into focus.
In a fast-paced stressful society, it is easy to become disoriented and pulled away from the basic joys and connections in life. The seventy-seven poems in this book were selected by Carol Mays both for their exquisite beauty and their ability to restore a deeper sense of peace, joy and renewal. The book is comprised of mostly contemporary poems with some vintage and many explore a relationship with nature.
